School-aged children brings school-run functions. Â I have a few “go to” recipes for these functions, and these panda cupcakes is definitely one of the first ones that we think of. Â The best part of this recipe is that my kids love to bake them with me, and can’t wait to decorate the pandas (especially the ears). Â A few weeks ago, my daughter and I had “Mommy and Daughter” time by baking these pandas for the youngest’s cheer banquet. Â The cupcakes are deceivingly easy to make, as well, all using common stuff you can buy at the grocery store.

These came out so cute, if I do say so myself! Â We frosted, then assembled, each panda one at a time. Â My daughter loved them and she was excited to bring them to her cheer banquet.

Stopping by from Happiness is Homemade link party. Those panda cupcakes are simply adorable. And using the chocolate chips turned upside down for the eyes and sideways for the nose is pure genius!
Thank you so much! 🙂

Very sweet. You just want to pinch their cute little cheeks, or better yet, take a bite out of them!

These are so cute. Such a silly thing, but a great tip to but the pointy side down on the chocolate chips. Cheaper than buying all those other packs of candy made for decorating.
do i really need panda cupcakes in my life? YES, yes i do! thanks for sharing.
These Panda Cupcakes are great and they all have a different expression, just by a slight shift in where you placed the nibs and sprinkles.
These look great and so simple! Would be perfect for a kids’ party.
